Goals of the Pilates

Our instructors are trained to meet your personal goals. Pilates is a method developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900's to strengthen his own body having been a sickly child, and progressed his teachings to help rehabilitate soldiers of WWI in Germany. He grew his method, called Contrology eventually opening his studio in New York where his work continued on through his protégés. Today Pilates is recognized internationally as both an form of exercise and mode for rehabilitation.
